Please be aware that the cost of a stall with us is £60 for all makers (this does not include a stall so please do provide your own) and £150 for all food vendors, it is non-refundable. If you are successful in applying for a stall, full payment will be required within one week of your offer. We appreciate that circumstances change and things can crop up that mean we need to change plans - so if you need to cancel your stall for whatever reason, we will do what we can to replace your stall and recoup your costs, if given reasonable time and notice to do so. However we cannot guarantee that this will always be possible, and we encourage you to really think about whether you can commit to this market before applying.

Swindie Makers Market have the right to cancel your stall at any time, for any reason.

Swindie Makers Market are not responsible for the loss, theft or damage of any of your items and products at the market.

Prior to the event, you will be sent FAQ's along with a floor plan with your stall positioning on it. When you arrive at the venue, you must wait to be shown to your space by an organiser.

Any damages to the venue incurred by setting up your stall will be your responsibility, and will be billed accordingly.

In the case of the venue cancelling the event, Swindie Makers Market will be unable to refund any costs.

Access to electricity at the event is not guaranteed. Any electrical items used must be PAT tested, secured down and safe.

Swindie Makers Market will be held at Christ Church, Swindon. Please make sure you are able to travel to the venue and arrange your own parking near the site.

You will be required to arrive at the venue at least one hour before the event begins, to set your stall up. Please try to follow this and be timely, as it makes the whole day run so much more smoothly. Plus, it allows for some pre-shopping of the other stalls - if you set up in time!
